Synopsis
At Harmon Manor, candlelight is the only protection against an unseen presence that traps the souls of anyone persuaded to extinguish the flame. One careless breath may lead to a fate far worse than death.
About the Film
Candlelight is a short experimental horror film I created spontaneously one morning from a simple idea: what if a candle were the only thing keeping someone safe inside a haunted house?
Filmed, performed, narrated, and edited by me, the piece combines candlelit imagery, distorted VHS-style effects, and a rhyming supernatural warning to create the feeling of an old piece of cursed folklore.
What began as a brief creative experiment eventually inspired a larger story set inside Harmon Manor, which I plan to bring to life as an expanded short film.
