The Notebook

An ever-growing collection of poems, fragments, handwritten thoughts, and unfinished feelings pulled directly from my notebooks. Some may eventually become part of larger projects. Others may remain exactly as they first appeared: immediate, imperfect, and honest.

This page will also feature some video edits that I never fully developed or that are just for entertainment and fun.

Trouble In Toon Land | AI Short Film

When a portal opens between the real world and Toon Land, an ordinary man is recruited by an animated stranger to save a kingdom that is being mysteriously erased. As pieces of the cartoon world disappear, reality begins changing around them, forcing the unlikely pair to race through the chaos before Toon Land is gone forever.

I created this short as a challenge to work with AI’s visual inconsistencies rather than simply hiding them. The character’s changing appearance, along with the glitch-like sound effects, became part of the story and its internal logic. Although the visuals were AI-generated, the concept, direction, scene selection, performance, pacing, sound design, and extensive editing were all shaped by me.

The original journal entry that became this poem.

The Worst Kind Of Growing: A Poem

Sometimes, you are so fucking cute

I feel my heart

do that thing

I still don’t know

how to describe.

Like I have already loved you

as much as a person can,

and then somehow

it expands anyway.

It can be

the most amazing feeling.

It can also be

the absolute worst.

Because when you have given me

every reason to hate you,

when you have

disregarded me entirely,

how can I still feel

the love growing?

It happens.

I hate it.
